Testing, Testing

I've finally been christened my home studio today, woo! Spent some time this afternoon trying out a new strobe kit that I got to replace my old ones. The dogs were not so thrilled to sit for me, but oddly enough our cat Mr. B was. In my day to day work I shoot solid wood furniture, and although it is absolutely beautiful, it was great fun to have the time to light and photograph something with a heartbeat.

The studio sadly has no heat, so I probably won't be in there much over the next several months. Looking forward to spring when I plan to shoot a few sets that I'll be working on over the winter.
